The Great Southern Blizzard of 2020 was one of the biggest snow events in the Southern U.S. ever recorded. It dumped feet of snow across the states of Arkansas, Alabama, Texas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Georgia. It was unexpectedly destructive in the south, as well as deadly, as the south rarely sees snow to begin with.  It caused over $ 1 Billion dollars in damages, and 16 deaths
